    The procedure which I would recommend you to:
    The expanded package you will find a file with the new firmware VWMFD2DVDEU0030.iso, it's the latest firmware available for our navi
    and how to determine whether you have and if not, how to install it (note that instructions are written for the U.S. market and there are mentions V50 firmware, not v30) vw.tb.91-08-01.pdf;
    if you already have, skip this step, if not so burn the firmware on the CD in any program that can burn a disc image. "iso"
    insert the burned CD and follow the instructions in pdf file. Point out that it may take 40-60 minutes.

    If you already have your navi firmware go to unlock.
    The package will also find a file unlock Unlock DVD navi MFD2.iso.
    Set it on fire on the CD. Also you can find the file v7.iso with the most current maps. He will burn DVD-DL.

    Insert the CD to unlock and wait until you modify your firmware (this step is short).
    You'll then be prompted to insert the original DVD Volkswagen. Place the baked maps and wait for the final installation has taken place from the DVD data with maps.

    If these steps go smoothly navi would be to load a new map.
    If not, it means that you probably badly burned.
    I recommend using good quality media (Verbatim) and burn it as slowly - especially the map!



    ATTENTION: NO UNLOCK NAVI WITHOUT FIRMFARE V30!!!!!!!!
