Здравствуйте ребята, суть вопроса в том, что пассат б6 дизель common rail после километра дороги заглох без всяких на то оснований. Диагностический кабель ошибок никаких не выявил, одна по магнитоле и по стекло подъемнику. Стартер крутит, машина мертва. Насосы от бака до рампы проверенны и не раз. Давление на уровне. Солярка до форсунки доходит, а вот как проверить есть ли управляющее напряжение на ней непонятно. Кто сталкивался с пьезофорсунками двигателя common rail, что должно приходить на форсунку и как это замерить. Автомобиль стоит уже вторую неделю, не знаю, что и делать![]()
Так я уже что только не снимал). Проверил насос в баке, плунжерный и тнвд. все нормально.
Вопрос, ведь диагностический кабель молчит, хотя достаточно скинуть клемку с любого датчика и он это показывает!
Burchik, Совет ...выкрутить свечу и бумагой проверить льет ли форсунка ...раз УЖЕ все проверили ...а потом думать что за причина ....и не забывать что здесь СОветуют но не ремонтируют ...
Погода успокоится пойду проверять, катаклизмы 3 метра снега за сутки). А кто мне скажет на счет меток ГРМ,могли метки сдвинуться, хотя ремень прошел еще только 18000 км.
Так проехали на б/у уже 18тон и ремень меняли сами ??? Или не смотрели ??? Открыть крышку и посмотреть натянут или что ???
Замена ГРМ была на 70000 км(менял не сам), сейчас 88000 км, защитную крышку снял - ремень натянут, все зубы целы. Меток не видно, нужно снимать колесо подкрылок и плунжерный
А где бы посмотреть описание всех групп по двигателю 2,0 common rail

у тебя тнвд?? или насос форсунки. на тнвд у меня был такой-же случай встала и не заводится. если тнвд посмотри питание на клапане насоса. у меня провод в фишке отошел и клапан закрылся. питание есть кл. открывается
У меня тнвд и пьезофорсунки, система common rail. Накачивается солярка в общую рампу , а оттуда уже на форсунки. Отжимал гайку с форсы - соляру давит нормалек, правда монометра нет замерить сколько
